2.选择要查看临床日志的患者资料。
3. On the patient's profile, click on Clinical Log.
4.临床日志"（Clinical Log）为您提供有关病人资料的所有信息。
5.您还可以在上面添加备注，让其他护理提供者了解一些情况。
筛选临床日志
1.在临床日志的上栏，您可以找到临床日志的筛选器。选中的会显示在临床日志上，未选中的则会隐藏。
