记录测量结果
1.登录 CareSimple。
2.找到要添加测量值的患者，点击其姓名进入其个人资料。
3. In the Vital Signs section, press on + ADD VITAL highlighted below.
4.选择合适的测量值，并在字段中填入正确的数值。如果您的数值与默认值接近，也可以使用上下箭头。实际日期和时间会自动设置，但如果要添加的记录是前一天的，您可以随时更改。单击日历图标和时间字段即可进行更改。
Press Submit to successfully save.
删除测量
1.登录 CareSimple。
2.找到要删除测量值的患者，点击其姓名进入其个人资料。
3. In the Vital Signs section, scroll down till you find the measurements.
4. Click on the desired measurement to be deleted. A new window should appear displaying the measurement's information. Click on Delete measurement.
6. A security message will appear. Click on Delete to confirm.
