- Order a remote care management referral in athenahealth, and log back in CareSimple, as described in https://help.caresimple.com/article/196-clinicians-creating-a-patient-from-athenahealth
注意： 如果 CareSimple 患者的电子邮件和 MRN 不同，远程护理管理转介将创建一个重复的患者。
