说明
1.登录 CareSimple。
2. Press Reports on the left side of the portal.
3. Click on + Generate New Report.
4. A new window will appear. Select the Bulk Vitals Reports (ZIP of PDFs).
5. 选择所需的日期范围。
6. Select which information you want to appear in the report. Click on Submit to confirm.
7. The file is now being generated. The status will be Export in progress. You may have to wait a bit for it to end (try to refresh the page as well). It will then say Export ready for download.
8.文件生成后，点击下载。
9.将打开一个新窗口，其中包含 "批量患者摘要 "文件夹。
10.打开文件夹并选择所需的病人。打开他们的报告。
如果您选择了病人的图表选项，您将看到一张显示该病人每次生命体征变化的图表。您还可以在图表下看到用颜色表示的参考范围。
